1)      The movable hood type furnace consists of movable furnace body, fixed furnace table, and furnace body moving device.

2)      The all-fiber heat preservation lining saves energy by 30-38% compared with the traditional brick lining.

3)      The furnace body is moved aside by manual or electrical moving device. This movable furnace body is a weldment of steel plates, sectional steel, and auxiliary channel steel and angle steel.

4)      Heating components: wave-shape resistor suspended from the lining structure of the two side walls and back walls by high-aluminum porcelain nails;

 

The fixed furnace table consists of lining, heating components and furnace bottom plates.

The lining of the fixed furnace table is comprised of heat preservation bricks, light clay bricks, and heavy clay bricks.

Heating components: sprial-shape resistor supported by bricks;

The bottom plates are made according to the size of the bogie wagon.

Furnace body moving device

The moving device includes cycloidal pin wheel reducer, chain, chain wheel, transmission axle, driving bearing and casat steel walking wheel. There is also limit switch.
